Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard

The KPI Dashboard enables an easy-to-use interface to view statistics relating to the Item you have selected and below it on the Hierarchy. The KPI Dashboards are configurable per user. You can create and manage your own dashboard, other users looking at the same location won't be able to edit your Dashboard. The same Dashboard will be the same across all Databases on that Orien Instance.

To access the KPI dashboard, select any location (except for a Component within the Component Library) and then select the  KPI Dashboard module.

Once selected, you'll have to option to select KPI Config or KPI Dashboard. The KPI Config tab enables you to define and edit available KPIs to Dashboards.

To create a new Dashboard and allocate a KPI Widget to it, select Create New. Once selected, a module will appear.

Once you've allocated your Widgets to your Dashboard/s, select KPI Dashboard to view all your created Dashboards. Once selected, all your allocated Widgets will then load. You also have the ability to export each graph to Excel - an example is located at the bottom of this Article.

Exported Charts will also have a table available of the data used to generate the chart. Use this to create custom graphs.
