Grids are used throughout Orien to allow you to view bulk data in a compact standard. Grids can be toggled on when viewing certain modules and features that have the capability to switch from the Card View to the Grid View or Full Data Grid.
Some grids (such as the Tactics Module grids), will allow you to view both the data for that Location, and below in the hierarchy.
Note
There is no bulk editing in the grid view; only single records can be adjusted. Please use data export functionality for large changes to your data.
How to view tactics grids:
- Select a location in the hierarchy and then select the Tactics module.
- Select a tab within the Tactics module that has grid functionality.
- Select Display Options and then Grid View and you will see the list of cards change into a paged records grid.
- Select Full Data Grid to see all records in the grid. This Full Data Grid has the function to Filter and Sort across multiple columns.

In the example above, we have selected a Location and then selected the Activities tab. We can now view all the locations at the selected level and below.
