Reload/Refresh Buttons

Multiple modules throughout Orien require the user to sit there and constantly click reload or refresh to receive the data or document to continue. This causes frustration with the user as to when the system will be ready.

A simple progress bar or time remaining would be useful so the user is aware it will take x amount of time and can do other work while waiting. The users sometimes find themselves sitting there for 5 minutes continually clicking the refresh button to continue.
