Tactics - Failure Modes - 'Cut' Feature

Currently Orien has a feature of being able to 'Copy' a failure mode and paste into a new component.

An additional 'Cut' button would also be useful when moving failure modes into new Components and eliminates the need for the users to return to the original Component to delete the moved failure mode.
