Tactics - Add "Notes" field for activities
Would be great to have a "notes" field for activities, so we can keep track of all modifications made or any important information that we need to keep for each activities.

Hi Mauro,
In Orien, we have the ability to add any number of Custom Fields to selected data types e.g. Activities. This means you can add a Notes field to Activities. This field is connected to the activity record and can be managed across Tactic revisions - to keep track of modifications and changes in strategies.
