Task ordering -

May we have a default function that group tasks belonging to a particular maintainable item together rather than scrabbled tasks that belong to different maintainable items that we have to drag and drop to re-order them 1 by 1. It takes a very long time to re-order. 

Also in cases where we have to package at a higher level, may tasks belonging to a particular asset be grouped together. Manually re-grouping and ordering them when they are scrambled takes a very very long time.

    Hi Evans,

    Thanks for the feedback. In Orien V3.8.2 we implemented an Auto-Order function on the Document Screen (Operations specific) and on the All Operations screen (Can apply to multiple Operations) for the following orders:

    • Location, Group, Activity
    • Location, Component, Activity
    • Group, Location, Component, Activity

    There's also an export function on Packaging's Document screen to apply grouping and ordering through excel.
