Tactics - Components - Require ability to import new component folder.

Can import components only but manually you can create a folder or a component

    Hi Brian,

    In V3.10.8, we added a High Level Component Import which enables you to create Folders, Components, and Referenced Components across multiple assets.

    This import also creates tactics on Locations without an existing Tactics revision to improve efficiency.
